• Receive support and advanced education in GPS facilitation skills for managing unique situations in your groups.

• Receive guidance in implementing GPS with population-specific groups.
• Develop culturally co-created GPS session plans for your population.

The GPS Certification and Advanced Practicum Program is designed to develop excellence and skilled leadership in the GPS Group Model. This next level of GPS training is an opportunity for individuals who have completed the GPS facilitator training to refresh and refine their GPS facilitation skills. It is a dynamic, highly interactive, and integrative learning experience that emphasizes hands-on practicum, discussion, and advanced education in GPS in order to ensure the highest standard of competency and leadership in implementing GPS in diverse communities and settings.

Sessions have been designed to accommodate differing schedules of participants. Participants will be evaluated to ensure mastery of GPS Facilitation skills and upon completion, will receive a Certificate honoring successful completion of the GPS Certification and Advanced Practicum Program.

PROGRAM SCHEDULE

On average you will need to attend 6 – 10 live Certification Practicums sessions to complete your certification process. Your confirmation email from Eventbrite will contain a link to the practicum sign-up form.

NOTE: You do not choose dates during registration, first you register, and second follow the practicum sign-up instructions in your confirmation email.
