$18-20 per hour based on experience 

Work from home and our home offices in Northampton/Leverett, MA

START: Mid-August/Early September

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has an exceptional personal standard for high-quality work, and enjoys working in a small team. You are someone who works well with over-achievers, is comfortable moving at a fast pace and likes to laugh. You will work independently and will be managing multiple timelines and projects simultaneously. You are also great with customer service and have a delightful phone personality.

  • Implement FaceBook Social Media marketing strategy including posting and advertising 
  • Oversee and implement all pre and post training preparation and follow-up including email correspondence, drafting of documents, ordering materials
  • Familiarity with ConstantContact, PowerPoint, InDesign, QuickBooks
  • Make travel arrangements for trainings including booking flights, accommodations, etc. 
  • Manage contracts with multiple clients, including invoicing and other communications
  • Organize and manage filing system
  • Additional projects as needed
