Are you a nursing home aide, home health worker, personal care attendant, or long-term care aide working in Massachusetts? Come join a MASStrong support group and receive up to $180 as thank you for participating!
You deserve support. Being a frontline health care worker is hard work and was made harder during the COVID-19 pandemic. We know you give everything you have to the people you care for including your time, energy, and support. The MASStrong Support Groups are designed to give you the support you deserve.
What is MASStrong?
MASStrong is a program for health care workers to come together in groups with peers and discuss the challenges of being a health care worker.
- Safe and confidential
- Offered online via Zoom
- Attend on phone, tablet, or computer
- Offered in English and Spanish
- 1 ½ hours each
- Led by trained group leaders
How do MASStrong groups work?
- Sign up to participate
- Attend up to three groups*
- Complete surveys
- Receive up to $180 in gift cards!
*Randomly selected participants will complete surveys first, and then attend groups after completion of all surveys.
MASStrong is a partnership between GPS Group Peer Support® and the Betsy Lehman Center for Patient Safety. MASStrong is funded by the state of Massachusetts with federal funds from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, as part of a response to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on frontline health care workers.
