Upcoming Support Groups

June 1 | 4:30–6:00 PM ET

A healing and empowering space for Haitians and Haitian families navigating the uncertainty, fear, and emotional weight of immigration challenges in the United States. This group recognizes the real stress many of us are experiencing right now, including concerns around TPS, asylum, family separation, legal systems, discrimination, financial pressure, and the constant fear of instability.

Together, we can share experiences, find encouragement, exchange practical support, and build resilience while navigating unfamiliar systems that often feel overwhelming or isolating. Rooted in cultural understanding, dignity, and collective strength, this group reminds us that we do not have to carry these burdens alone.

June 8 | 4:30–6:00 PM ET

A space for Haitians across generations to explore identity, culture, language, and belonging while living between worlds. This group honors the beauty, pride, and strength of our culture while also creating room for honest conversations about acculturation, racism, immigration stress, intergenerational expectations, language barriers, and the pressure to constantly “stay strong.”

Here we can speak openly about what it means to be Haitian in America today, while honoring our culture, language, pride, resilience, and the real lived experiences we carry every day. Through shared stories and connection, this group centers healing, pride, and the power of our cultural roots during difficult times.

June 15 | 4:30–6:00 PM ET

In moments of crisis and uncertainty, community becomes survival. This group is a supportive space for those of us seeking connection, encouragement, and a sense of togetherness during challenging times. This is a space where we can engage in honest conversation about stress, isolation, fear, grief, hope, and resilience while building trust and mutual support with others who understand the unique experiences facing our community today.

The group focuses on the healing power of collective care, reminding participants that strength is not only individual, but communal. Through shared understanding, cultural connection, and compassionate listening, this space helps us feel seen, supported, and less alone.
