GPS Advanced Class – Managing Difficult Situations in Groups

Discussion with highly experienced GPS Support Group Leaders about the common and unexpected challenges that can show up in groups. Participants will share their own experiences. GPS will present a problem-solving matrix for facilitators that can inform their decision-making process in challenging situations.
